Kelsie

Summer: Fridays AM, Fall: Tues/Thurs 10 AM & 11:30 AM or Noon

 

Kelsie is an E-RYT 200 with over seven years of teaching. Her background blends anatomy-informed sequencing with a deep understanding of the nervous system and emotional wellness. She guides students of all levels in dynamic vinyasa and deeply restorative yin. Her approach is grounded and empowering.

Allison

Allison is a yoga instructor and holistic nurse who integrates mindful movement and energy work. She offers vinyasa-based classes that blend strength, breath work, and nervous system regulation. She invites students to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and cultivate mind-body balance for deeper healing.

Ann is a dedicated yoga teacher who believes in sharing knowledge as a path to lifelong learning. She sees wellness as a way to stay strong for both family and community. Her classes encourage consistency and connection-reminding students that even one day a week can make a powerful difference.

Marva brings over 15 years of experience to the fitness space and is known for her upbeat, encouraging style. Her Cardio Sculpt classes focus on proper form, toning, and sustainable routines that empower students to build strength through consistency-not intensity. Her philosophy is rooted in joy, balance, and falling in love with the process.

Jazmine Moreland is a wellness-focused yoga teacher and the Founder of Balanced & Relaxed Wellness. She is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification through Yoga Alliance. Her teaching inspires students to prioritize self-care, listen to their bodies, and nurture their well-being with compassion-on and off the mat.

Brittani is a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher, creator, and proud mama of three. She's passionate about movement, music, magic, and meaningful connection. Whether she's flowing on the mat, dancing in the kitchen, or soaking up sunshine with a good book, her classes offer a little sweat and a lot of soul-helping students feel at home in their bodies.

Lee is a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga teacher, and birth coach. She's taught a wide range of classes including restorative yoga with meditation and reiki, and yoga basics. She's excited to connect with the Soleil community and is exploring a gentle R&B yoga format for the future. She also specializes in pelvic health and hopes to offer workshops like Yoga for Back Care or Yoga & Pilates for Pelvic Health.

Amanda

Amanda Lynn is a certified meditation instructor through Dharma Moon and Tibet House US, with immersive training in mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy. Through silent retreats and study with master teachers, she's cultivated a trauma-sensitive, heart-centered approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern practice. Amanda's calm and intuitive teaching invites students to reconnect with themselves and find stillness within.

Maddie teaches all levels of mat pilates, offering a balanced mix of strength, alignment, and mindful movement. As a student at Wright State University, she brings fresh energy and passion for fitness to every class. Maddie is dedicated to helping clients build core strength, improve posture, and feel their best - both on and off the mat.
